The first YarraBend product was brought to market in June 2016, offering architecturally designed House and Land in our Parkview Precinct. This was followed by a release of Parkview Townhouses shortly after in November 2016. The almost sold out House and Land and Parkview Townhouses are set to begin works in 2017, with the first residents anticipated to move in mid to late 2018.
Glenvill Developments acquired the 16.5 hectare site of the old Amcor Paper Mill in Alphington back in 2013, with a vision to transform it into a state of the art, future-forward suburb, YarraBend.
Following this, it took more than 18 months of community consultation and over 365 written submissions as well as many verbal presentations to Council to get the project off the ground and make this vision a reality.
