Office Envy

2015 marked Glenvill’s shift from home builder to dynamic property group, officialised with a move into purpose built state of the art head office and new group campaign ‘Never Ordinary’.

Being ‘Never Ordinary’ underpins everything The Glenvill Group and its four divisions do. Our ‘Never Ordinary’ attitude towards the five key pillars of design, quality, service, culture and accountability has enabled us to be reliable and consistent in some of the most unreliable conditions.

Given this inherent drive to be extraordinary, it was only fitting that the new office was built as such. Situated in Melbourne’s creative hub, Cremorne, the office headquarters feature the latest in design and technology to facilitate the best possible working and creative environment.

Although it was only the second office designed by Glenvill, every detail was meticulously designed internally. Quality design and premium finishes underpin everything from the façade and internal layout to the design and selection of furniture. Innovation and creativity have also been considered in every aspect. For example, meeting rooms have been set up to enable staff to order food and drink via an Ipad whereby it is then delivered to them in that meeting room. Every last detail has been considered right down to a cup of tea cup containing a Glenvill teabag. The building is also smart wired, solar powered and has energy glass. Given the size of the office, temperature control was paramount with 10 zones per floor operating separate air circulation systems. Blinds operate automatically based on heat load, brightness and time zones but can be overridden by a smartphone.

The list is endless and ever evolving, but one thing is constant – our Glenvill head office is truly ‘Never Ordinary’.
