Glenvill Projects are the designated builder of ‘Autun’ in Serrell St, East Malvern. Autun is a $27 million build consisting of civil works and a basement, as well as 20 apartments and 39 townhouses.
Having worked with the previous owner of the site assisting through the planning and design phase, Glenvill Projects were invited to participate in the tender for the build with the new owner when the site was sold. After a full competitive tender process involving four builders, Glenvill Projects were awarded the job based on their capacity, competitive price, safety standards and most importantly for the client, our proven delivery experience on large scale, medium density infill sites incorporating townhouses, apartments, basements and civil works.
Works are progressing well on the build with bulk earthworks complete and the basement structure well underway. Scheduled for completion in early 2018, we look forward to seeing the end result!
