Melbourne developer Len Warson’s Glenvill Group has inked one of the biggest non-bank lending deals of the year after securing a $300 million funding package from a leading Asian-based private equity firm.

Glenvill are very excited to announce the opening of internationally renowned street artist Rone’s latest project at YarraBend.

Our latest project, YarraBend, is part of a 2500 home development in Alphington, which, coupled with the Chandler Highway road widening project will change the face of Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs. We believe this will see a boom in property prices in these areas.

Established in 2005, The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) Home Lottery runs twice a year to raise money to support patient care. Glenvill have been involved in the initiative for seven years running, contributing the grand prize of a custom designed and built multi-million dollar home.

Embracing the latest in computer-aided technologies, Glenvill are now using 3D modelling, augmented and virtual reality to provide customers with an incredible, future-forward experience.

For the past few months YarraBend has housed some of Melbourne’s most valuable hidden artworks. Over the weekend a select group of people viewed these works for the first time, right before they were painted over and set for demolition.

Glenvill Projects are the designated builder of ‘Autun’ in Serrell St, East Malvern. Autun is a $27 million build consisting of civil works and a basement, as well as 20 apartments and 39 townhouses.
